Is there a listing of any known problems in the latest release of Squid?
We are forming a beta team here to test it shortly... and I'll gladly post
any comments that are forwarded by the 20 selected dial-up users here.
I'd like to be somewhat prepared for any common problems (if any) that we
might run across...
the only question or problem I"ve seen personally (not sure if it's squid
related at all) is that sometimes I get a "no route to host" message
almost instantly when looking for a site. We are only running proxy on
the http side of things... not ftp yet...
Is there a configuration that will tell squid to retry X amount of times
before returning an error code. Whenever I try right after getting the no
route to host message I always get through...
Any comments are much appreciated..;->
