Jon,

Thanks for your sugestions. I did have my miss_access lines setup ok
though. I think.

the main error I recive is 'The requested URL could not be retrieved'.
Again, this happens almost every time a user requests a page, but a
reload works every time.

Here is a sample from my access.log file. The ERR_CONNEC_FAIL error
message was directly after a refused request.
