Squid 1.1.6

Hi

I've just upgraded from version 1.1.0 to version 1.1.6. Squid now won't
run as root, so I did what It told me to do "run as nobody.nogroup". I
then had to chown the log files (as nobody.nogroup) and the cache
directory to get squid to work. It is working but now I can't rotate the
logs with USR1 sig, has this changed as well.
