I have on average around 60% cache efficiency. I do that by caching also wav files, midi, gif's etc... but these for a very long time as they hardly change. I don't cache html for a long time, but minimum 4 hours which is sufficient for most purposes... Even Microsoft gets cache properly... More harddisk space and internal memory will help also...
Check out my settings for refresh pattern... It saves my bandwidth a lot...

might help. Our Bandwith is going to collapse and our PTT+Int'l
carrier needs at least 2 month to upgrade it
