There's also a Perl script that I used early last year to provide ICP
support for a Netscape proxy. The script may not work with more recent
Netscape Proxy versions, though, and it cannot tell whether a file in the
cache is up-to-date in terms of Netscape's configuration (i.e. whether
Netscape will return the file from its cache or do an IMS request using
that file first).
