local_ip doesn't work?

Hi all,

We have some different web-domains in my net, so I've set up
in my squid.conf a line:

local_ip 195.76.46.0

but all requests go through my parent... :-? and
of course that's slower than DIRECT requests.
I've a parent, but I don't have a inside_firewall nor firewall_ip.

My squid: version 1.1.4 (with patches ftpget, icp...), Linux
2.0.27 on a Pentium, gcc 2.7.2.1, libc.5.4.17

Some of my squid.conf lines are:

http_port 80
cache_host sofia.ibernet.es parent 3128 3130
local_domain lander.es
local_ip 10.129.29.2
local_ip 195.76.46.0
source_ping on
httpd_accel www.lander.es 800
httpd_accel_with_proxy on

...and others for access control.

Ideas?
