lm-factor 0%

Hi,

I tested the behaviour of squid 1.1.1 with different refresh pattern.
With a lm-factor 0% it doesn't seem to work as expected.
I would expect a refresh if age > min but I see a refresh if
age > max.

I made a test with the following refresh patterns:

refresh_pattern/i \.segeln\.ch.*$ 5 0% 20
refresh_pattern ^http:// 30 20% 43200
refresh_pattern ^ftp://.*/$ 30 20% 10080
refresh_pattern ^ftp:// 30 50% 43200
refresh_pattern ^gopher:// 30 50% 43200
refresh_pattern . 30 50% 43200

First I made a reload of http://www.segeln.ch/ :

Then I made an access (with empty browser cache) after 2 and then every
5 minutes:

After 22 minutes finally there was a REFRESH.
Why there wasn't a refresh after 5 minutes?

Do anybody know an explanation for this?

(I tested a proxy connected to parent but this shouldn't be a
reason for this strange behavior of the child proxy.)
