Re: Browser Cache.

There are certain times when even that won't work. If (for example) you're
using Netscape <2.0 or MSIE (any version), if the URL referenced a file:///
URL (not often, I know, but hey, we do it with our system at work), then
the page is _always_ cached, and _always_ served from the browser's cache
_regardless_ of the caching options. Regardless of whether the file has
changed, and regardless of whether the file even still exists. Not checked.

Disappointing behaviour.
