We at Manchester (UK) have established a Metropolitan Area Network
linking institutions/organisations in the Greater Manchester area. We
have begun to link the caches of several of these institutions,
(3 to-date) with the objective of studying the use of multicasting and
ICP in such an environment. We also intend to link to
Martin Hamilton's multicast capable cache.

I hope we can get the multicast stuff running next week sometime.
I will let you know as soon as we have things up and running.
