What does "Forwarding loop" means?

Hi,

    Recently, I got messages about Forwarding loop..
    I want to know is what can make it happen?
    What I don't understand is, I make that host as my neighbor, and
    my host is its parent. Since we are not treating each other as parent,
    how can it becomes loop ?
