cachemgr.cgi password in b23

I've just installed Squid 1.1b23, and this release supports passwords
for cachemgr (my previous installed release didn't)
I want a simple way to either have no password for most of the
enquiries, or a single one for all.
Do I need to type in all of the options on a single line to achieve
this.
