Yes!
We had (and still do have) the same problem.
The problem with www.readersdigest.com is that it does some kind
of redirect that squid does not understand so:
becomes:
http://www.readersdigest.com/*TEMPLATE=/rd/world/htp/index.htp@session=hp6i5
Maybe the OneServer does not give propper redirect sequence, or squid is too
strict in what it expect.
Any more info on this is more than welcome.

Wonder if it's the "Forwarded-by:" header that's making it bomb?
