And what, schedule a fetch for that time? Wouldn't even have to be built
into squig, an auxilliary program that understood squid's cache format
could do it. There are lots of policy issues, though. E.g. given that
you've detected a recurring-update page, how do you decide whether
you *want* to keep it current?

I hear that some of the web indexing companies use this trick.
