For a quick fix add #undef SHADOW to the start of objcache.c or if you want to
use shadow passwords define the full path to your shadow file; #define SHADOW
"/some/path/to/file"

I think first you will have to convert the Cached-1.4.pl3 cache/log into
Squid-1.0 format:

mv log log.old
awk '{print $2,$4,$5,$6,$7}' < log.old > log

and then use upgrade-1.0-store.pl.
