I just tried it, and it still doesn't work. The ftp server also isn't doing
anything different (it is still doing a CWD with no leading slash). Squid's
access.log is showing the %2F, so it is getting that far. Any more ideas?
Squid 1.0.18 BTW (no changes in 1.0.19 in this area AFAIK).
