I thought it was just me. I get the occasional one from some of our
client IP's..eg:
foobar.brisnet.org.au blahblah LOG_NONE
But usually the crazy IP addresses that you're reporting. They come in
batches, usually. Say five or six at once, and then nothing for quite a
while.
I suspect it may be someone who's trying to request a document from the
proxy as if it were a server (eg: GET / HTTP/1.0 ) but I'm just
guessing.
