The problem with "internal-gopher-menu" and so on is that
they are internal icons that is only available on Netscape.
If you have users who use other web browser such as Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Quarterdeck Mosaic, they will probably
have broken image problem.
The commercial Harvest has an option to allow for
external icons that can be housed in a seperate web server.
Maybe Squid should allow for such an option.
