TCP_MISS

Hello,

I recently installed squid and currently
using 1.0.13 (planning on using 1.0.15).
Everything that goes through squid seems
to end up as a TCP_MISS even things that
are visited more than once by different
hosts. The item should have been in the
cache so I should have been seeing some
TCP_HIT's in the access.log file. Everything
in the log is a miss.... is there something
that I am doing wrong?
