Feeding params to cachemgr.cgi

Yo,

I'm sure there is a way to feed parameters into /cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi;
I'm tired of typing my server name into the text field every time I
want to use the cache interface. How can I do this? I (briefly) took
a peek at cachemgr.c but couldn't find anything..
Any hints?
