A couple of people have pointed out that the ACLs aren't totally
flexible for matching stuff in the host-part of a URL. For example,
you can't detect usernames and passwords, and you can't match
in the middle of a hostname, only from the end.
So how about if we changed 'pattern' to be a regexp search on
the whole URL instead of just the URL-path? Anyone have a problem
with that?
