source IP number

We would like to have the source IP number (i.e. the IP number of the machine
from which squid retrieves the document (original site, parent or neighbour
proxy)) logged to the access log.

Using this info we can make an accurate estimate on how much international
bandwidth (=$$$) squid is saving.

I'm not too lazy to implement this myself, it just doesn't look very
straightforward to me after glancing at the source code.

Just a hint or two putting me on the right track would be very welcome at
this point.
