It seems that after a while (half a day or more) squid stops
to serve requests.
I still see a lot of broken pipe messages generated by connect in
comm.c, which I suspect to have something to do with it.
Is there a way to programmatically check, wether it still works
(every five minutes or so), and then in case of failure restart it?
