Beta 12 broken on Alpha ?

Hi,

Squid Beta 12 seems to be broken on Dec Alpha (OSF 3.2C)

For every request, it tries to connect the TCP socket to 255.255.255.255:80
and of course fails.

I have not time to investigate, sorry.
