Problem with Incoming ICP Socket

Hello all,

I'm running beta11 into Linux-elf 1.2.13.

I have got a lot of these messages in cache.log:
[04/Jun/1996:15:47:28 +0200] comm.c:562: comm_udp_recv: recvfrom failure: FD 17: (111) Connection refused
[04/Jun/1996:15:47:28 +0200] icp.c:820: icpHandleUdp: FD 17: error receiving.

FD 17 is currently NET Incoming ICP socket.

The same problem doesn't appear on Alpha Digital UNIX V3.2C.

Any idea?
