Sweet. Being a bit bored right now I've ported some more of the changes
over to HEAD and re-synced the trees.

Kinkie; You will need to use "bzr pull" to retrieve the new tip for
mswin.

We still have issues with the helper check.test scripts detecting
windows.h system file properly.
