Override FD on windows

Hello,

This is Ghassan Gharabli from Lebanon.

I am working on a project with a friend to try exceeding the
limitation of File Descriptors on Windows..

I have also read about most information on the net related to Squid FD
on WINDOWS that is why I would like to subscribe because I have
several questoin to know before we start as we are eager to start
right away .

Whats the difference between compiling Squid as : ( Cygwin , MinGW ,
MS VISUAL STUDIO)?

I would like to hear suggestions from you concerning Squid2.7 STABLE9.
