Re: [PATCH] SMP Cache manager: add support for parameterized Cache Manager queries

The patch commit to trunk with 1-2 minor changes:
   - Some required changes in src/mgr/Inquirer.[cc,h]
   - fix constness of QueryParams::get and QueryParams::find methods in
src/mgr/QueryParams.[cc,h] files

Compiles cleanly and works well in my ubuntu system
