[PATCH] Bug 3068: make cache_dir size and capacity parameters 64-bit

This makes the capacity and size members of Store 64-bit to avoid
rounding errors. Fixing some math problems on very large files and
should also avoid problems when caches reach into TB sizes.

Two patches attached; one for trunk and 3.2, the other ported for 3.1.

This is advance notice to those of you I know are working in the storage
areas. Unless anyone has objections to these changes they will be
applied later this weekend.
