Compiling squid 3.0 STABLE24 on AIX

Hi

I'm having some trouble while compiling squid 3.0 STABLE24 on AIX 5.3 with
IBM XL C/C++ 8.0
We've been using squid 2.6 and 2.7 and have always been able to compile
them in this environment.

Here is some more details:

AIX 5300-09-05-0943
IBM XL C/C++ 8.0.0.13
