I would recommend

bzr+ssh://bzr.squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/

for now squid-cache.org also works. But may change later on.

bzr+ssh://squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/

Using www.squid-cache.org for bzr is not a good idea.
