thanks for your efforts
There is conflict with "pipeline_prefetch" parameter in config squid,
when this parameter is set "on",web sites need to user authentication
(for example pass-trough ntlm method), unfortunately is not prompt user
and password.
My idea is that this parameter conflict with pass-trough ntlm, but this
conflict is not mentioned anywhere on squid document.
If my tolds are correct please add notice for this conflict
