There are now two approaches possible for this:
a) unzipping the shar into gif and storing those in bzr directly.
- This is the preferred method. Are there any reasons for not adopting
it in the next 3.0 and later releases?
b) adding a binary test for uudecode and optionally skipping the shar
unzip if its missing.
- less clean and affects multiple targets. This can be done though if
option (a) can't.
