It's not even a source change, just a bzr attributes cleanup. But the
current situation may confuse some unexperienced users.

I guess it's a question to Guido. It's Windows only, and if it's a
change that will be in released binaries then it should go in.

Well, some Bug NNN is feature requests or submissions, not bugs.. And
not all bugs get a Bug NNN.
