Greetings all,
I noticed on the squid-users list that some help might be needed regarding the strwordtok routines. I would like to
offer my time if it would be beneficial to the project.
I have very limited C/C++ experience at this point (limited to amending existing code to meet my needs - primarily on
DirectX and DirectShow applications).
I have extensive experience with all aspects of Pascal (Borland Delphi) programming on the Windows platforms -
client/server apps, M$SQL & MySQL databases, video editing & streaming apps, specialised financial and business apps,
etc. In particular, there were several routines I created to parse XML content with various identifiers dependant upon
context which may be easily ported to the project.
I also am ocmfortable with ASM across several platforms, including x86, PIC, Motorola (single-handedly created a
complete engine management system for racing applications in 1.5Kib and using 64 bytes RAM - THAT was fun :D). Also some
QuickBasic experience after contribution to an OpenSource project called OpenSong.
I learn very quickly and pride myself on neat, clean and efficient code. If you think I can assist, I would be happy to.
Regards
Philip
