FWIW I'd really rather we just delete the files that you have to clean.

The should not be versioned in the developers branches, only in branches
intended for non-developers.

So we should our branches related thusly:

daily <- trunk <- featureX/personX
                |
                v
releaseX.Y.Z <- branchX.Y

the daily and releaseX.Y.Z branches should have the autofluff output,
built documentation and so on. The rest should not.
