Corrections:

Squid-3 supports delay pools.

2.5 did not support external acl helpers, including the session helper..

2.5 did support all the other acls.

2.5 did not support the Negotiate authentication scheme, but all the
other..

2.5 could proxy https (CONNECT).

2.5 supported interception

2.5 supported WCCPv1, but not WCCPv2.

2.5 supported https accelerator (https_port).
