Split up cf.data.pre?

Hi,

I propose we change cf.data.pre to be split up in multiple files in the
CVS repository. Imho this would simplify maintenance noticeably.

There is already scripts for splitting and merging cf.data.pre in the
scripts directory. To see what I am talking about run

  mkdir conf
  ../scripts/split-cf.data.pre.pl -o conf cf.data.pre

  and to merge it back into one single file
  ../scripts/merge-cf.data.pre.pl conf/0-index.txt >cf.data.pre
