Well.. in such environment you will need to authenticate each and every
TCP connection. Not much else you can do. Which means NTLM or Negotiate
in it's default mode of operation without any hacks..

Or alternatively you can look into using ident instead. The good thing
with terminal servers is that you can trust the operatingsystem quite a
lot.
