Hey

I would just like to ask a question regarding Squid code. I'm working on a
Honours project for which I need to add a random probability for forwarding the
fetch request to either another proxy or to the destination server, I'm
guessing the best place to put this code would be in the function that handles
the actual sending of the request to the destination server. I would however
like to ask whether there is a better place to stick this, also, before I start
digging around in the source myself, could you maybe give me a pointer as to
where the function I am looking for is located?
