2.5-STABLE and ICAP

Hi all,
I'm planning to integrate ICAP support in debian packages. I'm trying to
use the patch generated with

  http://devel.squid-cache.org/cgi-bin/diff2/icap-2.5.patch?s2_5

but the s2_5 branch it makes the diff on is not updated to the latest
2.5 code (it misses squid-2.5.STABLE6-reply_header_max_size.patch for
example)

Is there any other way to generate a correct diff?
