Good day,

I am currently conducting a thesis project at the
undergrad/graduate level in the field of proxy caching
intelligent prefetching. Squid has been one of the
three specific proxy caches which I have been focusing
on.

The idea is to alllow weblinks and web images of a web
page to be intelligently recognized, extracted and
stored (or cached in) in order to increase the speed
of future requests of the same page.

I was wondering if you could provide some guidance and
references where I could proceed with my thesis. The
squid proxy cache technology has been extremely
interesting to examine and to study. The squid
project team has certainly done an outstanding job in
making the internet much more useful!

Thank you for your time and attention! Hope to hear
from you soon.

Sincerely,
Ben
