squid-3.0 CVS httpMakeVaryMark

Hi,

In http.cc in the function httpMakeVaryMark(), there is a call to
Tolower which is called on the header name. httpHeaderGetByName is then
called to get the value of that header. From doing some debugging, it
appears that the value always returns NULL in my tests, because the
header is stored in its mixed upper/lower case form. Is this just
broken, or am I just missing something?
