cachemgr menu

hi, here is a little cosmetic patch for cachemgr.cc.
i replaced the misleading links of disabled, hidden and
protected actions by a html sourcecode comment of the action name
(the links just resulted in a "Cache Manager Access Denied" error,
and i think for maintainance the commented out action name
in the sourcecode is even better).
furthermore the font-size of table content is adjusted to the font-size
of the plain text sections.

i have a question though:
where would i have to put an if-condition to prevent the parsing
of the "menu" action ("This Cachemanager Menu") in the main menu
(since it just makes sense in the submenus to get back to the main menu)
and what would it have to look like?
i tried
if (a == "menu")
return NULL;
in munge_menu_line but with no effect (might be a cheap question but
i have no idea?)
