I think I will cut 2.5.STABLE3 there unless there is any other
opinions.

This makes the 20030508 snapshot a 2.5.STABLE3 release candidate in my
opinion. Please test.

Note: The fix for #606 may have some subtle effects on unresolveable
acls so if you can please verify that the functionality of acls which
cannot be resolved acts as expected (proxy_auth failing, DNS lookups
failing, external_acl lookups failing due to overload, ...).
Squid-2.5.STABLE2 and earlier could act really odd if such acls were
negated (!aclname) in complex http_access lines with worst case if
authentication was involved..
