New 1.1 release of winbind_group external acl helper

Hi,

I have released a new version of winbind_group external acl helper.

The changes are:

- Added an option for case insensitive group name comparation (Bugzilla #574)
- Fixed a segfault (Bugzilla #574)
- Updated the documentation according to FAQ on squid-users

Bugzilla #574 can be closed.
