Squid outgoing address

Hi,

I decide to find out way(s) for outgoing address which squid chooses.
It means for users who only have upstream lines from our ISP we want
the packet from our "upstream" customers pass through the squid without
changing source IP.Result will be important because the "upstream"
customers need to recieve the reply from their own recieve bandwidth or
satellite.
