I don't subscribe to the mailing list, so I'm not sure if this has already
been addressed. But I've successfully built squid under AIX 4.3 using
IBM's compiler, so I think AIX should be added to the list of supported
platforms here:

I had some conflict of issues between OpenSSH's ssl/include/openssh/md5.h
and ${prefix_dir}include/md5.h, but easy to fix.
