NO 64 bit signed type available

Hi,

I just find that include\config.h now includes some code for
int64_t and
#else
#error NO 64 bit signed type available

there is no code in CVS using int64_t and I think that it is no sense
make error if there is no 64bit integer especially if we have code
like

#elif HAVE_INT && SIZEOF_INT == 2
