Yeah, I'm not suggesting 2.5 change, just HEAD.

As I previously emailed, someone with root access needs to remove the
current autoconf2.13 from squid-cache.org, and install the two package
tarballs in my home dir using add_pkg.

That will give us autoconf2.13 and 2.5 on the same machine. For 2.5
maintenance we simply alias autoconf to autoconf2.13.
