flaw in gopher.c

hi Henrik,
there seems to be a flaw in gopher.c,
for "server returned nothing" replies
gopherHTMLHeader() is called twice,
1st from gopherToHTML() (the if (!gopherState->HTML_header_added) case)
and then from gopherEndHTML() again.

uri was gopher://gopher.umsl.edu:70/11%2fstudent
but it applies to "server returned nothing" replies
in general.

i was not sure where to fix this problem since
i don't have the overview of the functions and cases
of gopher.c but i thought i'd let you know
